U.S. Dollar VS. Gold Why Should You Care?

The dollar has lost 97% of it's value since 1913 when the Federal Reserve was created. Prior to that the dollar had been slowly gaining in value since the monetary system was standardized with the Coinage Act of 1793. Out of control inflation has been with us for almost 100 years

Governments have been playing games with money for thousands of years. The Greeks and the Romans tried it as their empires came down. The US government is no different.

The Constitution states that our currency was meant to be only gold and silver to prevent exactly what's happening to the U.S. dollar right now.

This is what the founding fathers warned us about and tried to prevent from happening with the Constitution.
Why Should You Care?

You and your family are going broke right now and you don't even know it.

What people need to understand is the excess printing of the United States currency is just another tax on the American people.

It takes the value of the dollars that they have and makes them worth less in the long run.

Meanwhile, you are still making roughly the same amount of money.
So, That means you are working for less money and you saving account is not worth as much.

Yet, the prices of everything, from gas to milk, are going up constantly when in fact nothing is really going up in price, it's the dollar's actual value that's been dropping, and not prices going up.

Did you know that today's dollar can only buy about 2% of what it could buy in 1900?

The price of gold may fluctuate with the value of the dollar.

This does not change the fact that precious metals, such as gold and silver, have maintained their value throughout time. The only thing that changes is the value of the currencies that are not ties to gold and silver.

Compare that to gold, which today buys 150% of what it could in 1900. So, in roughly a century, gold has catapulted to 75 times as much purchasing power as the dollar.
