Fasting Day 11,12,13,14,15


Monday 11th Not much changed here! Weather is still cold and I've just been doing yoga and meditating with a lot of rest. 


Tuesday 12th It is still cold! I did get out and get my hair done and it looks really good for a $125.00 it should. Which is the most cheapest place I found usually it cost to get my hair done is about $200.00 to $250.00. The place I went is called D & J Beauty and Salon they are in Kissimmee Florida. They also have any type of hair products you would need or hard to find products. If you like more information about the place just call them up at 407-933-0308. 

 
It seem the longer the fast is the more rest I need. I now see everyday the benefits that is coming from the fasting. I don't weight myself I just go by measurements. My waist line want from 38inch to 331/2 in. My face and upper body look smaller.

I still get the white tongue with a bad taste which means I'm still detoxing.
Wednesday 13th It is about time It has warmed up and it seemed like it was taking forever.
Today, I got up to 61 degree's ! I finally went for my walk outside and It felt great. I only could do three miles before I got tried and I came home stretched out and took a nap.

Thursday 14th Another beautiful day here in Florida and It got up to 72 degree's and I've started feel warm again. When for another walk and I've only could do 2 1 /2 and I was just tried.

Fasting does take a lot of mind control and determination. Because fasting is not easy! There are time I've really have fight with myself not break the fast. I am just so focused on the end results of my fasting period and what I want to accomplish with my fasting. That is what is keeping me hang on.

Friday 15th What can I say! Wow, I have been smoking for 29 years and I've have had the hardest time trying to quite. They say Once You Start Smoking, It Is Almost Impossible To Stop. I've think it so true.

I've smoke my Cigarettes for the week and it has been bothering me! But, nothing like today! I got so hostile ill and sick from smoking the cigarette. It is like I've developed an allergic reaction to the smoking. The whole day I've did not smoke another one and honesty I did not miss it and had no caving for the nicotine for the hole day. So, That is a good thing! I just hope I've don't have the nicotine withdrawal or have caving for smoking.

Fasting Day 7,8,9,10


The Last four days I've just been keeping warm. It has been snowing down here in Florida and a lot of ice. Florida has broken the record for the longest cold spell!


I thought about going out and buying an Electric heater for my side of the house. But, the weather is going warm up this coming Wednesday 13th. So, I decide just to deal with the cold weather till then.

My fasting is going OK ! I notice I've been resting a lot. I notices a lot of changes in my skin complexion, Also, notice my inches have gone from my waist, I still get surges of energy from time to time.

On a daily base I do meditate and do my yoga and that is all the exercise I've been getting. Ti l the weather warm ups and I'll will get out there and do some walking. I know I sure am getting tried of being the house. I'm one who likes to be on the go and do things.

Even that I'm an on line marketer I've still like to take a break from the computer and do something other then look at the computer screen and becoming brain dead.

I think some time in February I going to get a web-cam and start doing video's. Video's are such the in thing right now.

Fasting is not so bad I all in the mindset and the way you think. I think if anyone who does fast need to get away and be by themselves without T.V and people. I notice on my fast I think and dream very clear and just so focused on my future and I see things. All positive thoughts and feeling so such in control of my life. That make me feel so powerful.

Fasting Day 5/6

Florida is breaking records for being the longest cold front. It has been cold since the 1st of January. The cold wealth has been really getting to me on the 5th and 6th of January I've just been trying to keep warm.
 
This the main reason why I have not being walking and as soon as the weather warms up I will be out doing daily work walks for an hour or two.


The exercise I am getting is from yoga and stretching often. 
 

I have not been doing much computer work these two days. Because, I've been trying to keep warm, For some reason my side of the house does not get a lot of heat. I've might be more sensitive to the cold because I fasting.

I feel good and I have no hunger pains. I've been sleeping more probably because I need the rest, My dream are some much clearer. I notice I think more clearly and from time to time I get such a surge of energy. Which this surge of energy I feel so powerful. 
 

I've have no desire to eat and I don't miss eating I really start to see the benefits of the fasting on day 6.


I think when I break my fasting I will keep a record of that to. Because, It is said-ed breaking a fasting is harder then fasting. I think why that is because what I read and understand is many people just go back to their old eating habit, My way of think is I'm going break my fast with a orange juice and build up slowly.


My goal is to do a 30 Day fasting! Only time will tell how long I can go! I think my body will tell me when to break the fasting. So, The Fasting Is going well.

How To Break A Fast Safely

Breaking your fast slowly ! Evey one day of fasting should be broken with only organic fruit juice or fresh fruit.

Breaking a fast is very important to follow it correctly. Eating to much or wrong kinds of food can hurt you,

To break a fast and gorge on meat, bread or junk food will be disaster. Jarring the system this intensely when the digestive system is in a sensitive state can cause stomach cramps, nausea and weakness, negating much of the benefits of the fast.

Educate yourself on how to begin a lifestyle of healthy eating. Fasting is a wonderful new beginning, a foundation for a lifelong, healthy diet.

After you break your fast, take care not to eat too often and too much. At this time, your digestive organs are completely inactive, so it would be wrong to overload them suddenly with a large quantity of food as this may lead to indigestion and other serious problems. Instead, the organs should be trained to return to normal activity slowly, beginning with small quantities of light food.

Many toxins and solid wastes will be loosened during a short fast. Organic Fruit Juices or Fresh fruit is the best way to get them out of the body.

Decide ahead of time what you want to eat and the amount rather than eating from an urge.

Eat at the same time everyday.

If you fast for three days, then your first three meals should be organic fruit juice or fresh fruit.

Make juices during the breaking period. Juice is gentle nourishment to the body.

A good rule of thumb for a short fast is to eat one fresh fruit meal for each day of your fast.

Eat slowly and chew your food well. Saliva has enzymes that assist in digestion. The enzymes in saliva can digest up to 80 percent starch, 30 percent protein and 10 percent fat.

When breaking a fast over ten days, the break-in period should be extended one day for every 4 days of fasting. When breaking from water fasting, go to a juice fast for two days or eat sweet fruits like oranges, mango's or pears.

Continue to eat healthy after the fast. Let this be the beginning of your journey towards a healthy lifelong lifestyle
